New Delhi, Dec 3 (IBNS): The Chairman of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) R.S. Sharma reiterated that penalty for call drop will be levied on network providers from the coming month, January 2016 and opined, efficiency of service must be compensated.
