Kolkata, Sept 16 (IBNS) On the occasion of ‘Rajbhasha Pakhwada’, Press Information Bureau, Government of India, Kolkata has taken up several programs for promotion of Hindi and for more and more use of the language in official work as well as to encourage people to learn and use Hindi.
