Leh, Aug 12 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for Leh-Kargil-Srinagar Transmission System in Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir besides inaugurating the Nimmo Bazgo hydel project as he promised development of the region.
