Bilaspur, Nov 12 (IBNS): The Congress called a statewide shutdown in Chhattisgarh on Wednesday demanding the resignation of chief minister Raman Singh and health minister Amar Agarwal over the issue of sterilization camp tragedy in Bilaspur.
