Guwahati, Nov 14 (IBNS): Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday inaugurated the 5th North East Connectivity Summit in Tawang organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
