Mumbai/IBNS: Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh, who is being investigated in Antilia bomb scare case and murder of businessman Mansukh Hiren, allegedly used the FaceTime ID 'Balaji Kurkure' to communicate through his phone.
