Improper of VC to not take prompt steps: WB Guv on Babul Supriyo gherao

Kolkata, Sept 19 (IBNS): Hours after rescuing Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Babul Supriyo from a gherao at the Jadavpur University in Kolkata, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar stated that he took the issue very seriously and said it was "improper" of the Vice-Chancellor to have not taken prompt steps in the matter.
