West Bengal health officer show-caused for observing PM Modi's 9baje9minute call in hospital

Kolkata/IBNS: The Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) of West Bengal's Jhargram district has issued a show-cause notice to the Medical Officer of state-run Belpahari Rural Hospital, Tirtha Prasad Chakraborty, for turning off lights and lighting diyas in the hospital on last Sunday (Apr 5) in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "9 baje 9 minutes" appeal to defeat novel coronavirus, reports said on Saturday.
