New Delhi, Apr 28 (IBNS): The Union Ministry of Culture, on Saturday, said in a release that it will organise an event in collaboration with International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) to celebrate Buddha Jayanti-2018, which falls on Monday, April 30.

New Delhi, May 10 (IBNS): Ministry of Culture commemorated the “Thrice blessed day of Buddha’s Birth, Enlightenment and Mahaparinirvana”, falling on the auspicious Full moon day of Vaisakha in the presence of Prakash Javadekar, Minister for Human Resources Development, Mahesh Sharma, Minister of State (I/C) for Culture and Tourism and Kiran Rijuju, Minister of State for Home Affairs at a function here on Wednesday.
