Delhi High Court fines media houses who named the eight-year old Kathua rape case victim

New Delhi, Apr 18 (IBNS): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday ordered select media houses to deposit rupees 10 lakh as penalty for naming the eight-year-old who was allegedly gang-raped and murdered in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, reports said.
