Srinagar, Dec 10 (UNI) Around 9.46 per cent votes were polled till 0900 hrs on Thursday in 37 constituencies during the fifth phase of District Development Council (DDC) elections in Jammu and Kashmir.

Srinagar/UNI: The first District Development Council elections will be held in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on December 1 and be completed by December 24.
