SC protects 3 journalists of Editors' Guild of India from arrest till Sep 11 over Manipur fact-finding report

New Delhi/IBNS/UNI: The Supreme Court in its interim order on Wednesday protected three senior journalists from arrest till September 11, who gave a fact-finding report on behalf of Editors' Guild of India (EGI) on 'biased' reporting by local journalists on the brutal ethnic clash related issues in Manipur.

New Delhi, Jan 4 (IBNS): With interview of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ANI being seized by Rahul Gandhi to attack the interviewer, the Editors Guild of India said it has noted with concern the words used by the Congress President in his criticism of ANI Editor-in-Chief Smita Prakash who interviewed the PM this week.
