Srinagar, Oct 29 (UNI) A European Union (EU) delegation or Members of Parliament (MP) arrived here on a two-day visit on Tuesday to assess the overall situation, including development, after Centre scrapped Article 370 and 35 A, besides downgrading the state and dividing it into two Union Territories.
