Chennai, Oct 6 (IBNS) Rejecting the plea made in a petition, the Madas High Court on Thursday said that there is no need for the Tamil Nadu Government to make a formal statement on the health of Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa or choose an interim Chief Minister while she is in hospital for treatment, reports said.
