Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, Nov 2 (IBNS) : Playing the patriotism card in the run-up to the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday accused Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi of having no faith in the country's army and holding talks with China on the Doklam stand-off, reports said.
