IPC 377: Supreme Court refers to 5-judge bench petition on gay sex

New Delhi, Feb 2 (IBNS) The Supreme Court on Tuesday referred to a five-judge bench on whether to admit a curative petition which is seeking to reconsider the validity of controversial section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) concerning homosexuality as activists demanding scrapping of the controversial law called the court move a progressive step.
