Male, June 8 (UNI) Maldives President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Saturday announced conferring of highest honour accorded to foreign dignitaries, 'The Most Honourable Order of the Distinguished Rule of Nishan Izzuddeen', on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
