India, Portugal officials hold FOC, review bilateral relations

New Delhi: The 3rd Round of Foreign Office Consultations (FOCs) between India and Portugal was held in Lisbon on Oct 12, co-chaired by Sanjay Verma, Secretary(West), Ministry of External Affairs and Ambassador Rui Vinhas, Director General for Foreign Policy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Portugal. Secretary(West) also called on the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation of the Portuguese Republic,  Francisco Andre.
