Ranchi/IBNS: Jharkhand is witnessing a tight contest between the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and the  Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-Congress-Rashtriya Janata Dal alliance as counting of votes for the assembly polls started on Monday.
