Bengaluru/IBNS/UNI: Opposition leader in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Dinesh Gundu Rao on Monday decided to tender resignations from their respective posts, owning to moral responsibility for the party's debacle in the by-election held on December 5.
