Jammu: Dheeraj Gupta, Principal Secretary HUDD, M K Dwivedi and Zubair Ahmed Commissioner Secretaries GAD and FCS&CA respectively were among the 10 officers who bagged ‘Lieutenant Governor's Award for Honesty, Integrity & Meritorious Public Service’ for 2021.
