Guwahati, Oct 24 (IBNS) : The Assam Governor Banwarilal Purohit on Monday presented the 4th Bhupen Hazarika National Award to eminent singer Lou Majaw at a function organised by Sarhad, a socio cultural educational organization at Darbar Hall in Raj Bhavan.
