Chandigarh/UNI: Senior Congress leader and two-time MLA from Garhshankar Luv Kumar Goldy on Monday joined former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh's Punjab Lok Congress along with his supporters including sarpanches, members of municipal council and block samitis.
