Chennai: The Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Ayush,  Sarbananda Sonowal flagged off the maiden International Cruise Vessel - MV Empress, India’s first international cruise vessel - from Chennai to Sri Lanka in Chennai on Monday.
