New Delhi, Apr 1 (IBNS): Congress President Rahul Gandhi, who has decided to contest from two seats this time in the Lok Sabha polls, on Sunday said if his Congress is voted back to power then it will fill up 22 lakh job vacancies in the government by Mar 31, 2020.
