New Delhi, Jan 10 (IBNS) A self-confessed anarchist cannot rule Delhi, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday campaigning for the upcoming assembly elections in the national capital as he attacked the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and its chief Arvind Kejriwal and promised 24 hours power to the people of the national capital.
