NHRC indicts MP police

New Delhi, Apr 21 (IBNS) The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday said it has issued a notice to the Madhya Pradesh government and asked why it did not compensate the kin of a person who was allegedly tortured to death by police in Datia district in the state last year.
