New Delhi, Sept 25 (IBNS): In the wake of the recent deadly terror attack, that took place in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir leaving 18 Indian soldiers martyred, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, during the 24th edition of the his monthly radio programme, said the army 'doesn't talk but replies through their valour'.
