New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI)  Asserting that there is a need to spread awareness to curb plastic usage, Union Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution Minister Ram Vilas Paswan on Tuesday said the aim of his Ministry is to phase out plastic use in packaging and move towards 100 per cent use of jute in packaging foodstuff.
