Thirunvanthapuram, Nov 16 (IBNS) : Activist Trupti Desai, who wants to enter Kerala's Sabarimala temple in defiance of a decades-old bar on women of menstrual age, has been blocked by hundreds of protesters at the Kochi airport since she landed in the early morning on Friday, media reports said.

Guwahati, Dec 18 (IBNS) : The law and order situation turned more violent in Manipur after protesters on Sunday torched more than 40 vehicles in Imphal East district, who protest against the economic blockade by NSCN(IM) , United Naga Council (UNC) and recent attacks on police laid by militants.
