In his letter to fellow countrymen, PM Modi refers to 'tremendous suffering' faced by migrant labourers

New Delhi/IBNS: With his government completing one year in power since winning the general elections for the second straight term in 2019, PM Narendra Modi wrote a letter to his 'countrymen' to seek their blessings for reaching the mark and at the same time mentioned the 'tremendous suffering' that migrant workers and labourers are facing due to the COVID-19 crisis.
