Srinagar/IBNS: Former trade union leader and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum Abdul  Qayoom Wani today alleged that the successive regimes have failed to tap the potential of the Tangmarg region to supplement the tourist resort of Gulmarg.
