New Delhi, Dec 26 (IBNS): The Congress's attempt to protest against the Centre's demonetisation move with a strong united demonstration of opposition parties outside the Parliament on Tuesday is unlikely to see success with the Left and Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (United) reportedly announcing their inability to attend.
