NHRC issues notice to Tamil Nadu govt, police over 3 deaths inhaling toxic fumes

New Delhi/UNI: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Wednesday issued notices to Tamil Nadu government and state police over the reported death of three people while working at a septic tank.
