Proposal to move Official Amendments to the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2013

New Delhi, Apr 29 (IBNS) The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on Wednesday gave its approval to amend the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 by pursuing the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2013, pending before the Rajya Sabha by moving official amendments.
