Bengaluru: A report by retired High Court judge Michael D'Cunha, who investigated the alleged Covid-19 scam under the previous BJP government in Karnataka, has recommended prosecuting former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and then-Health Minister B Sriramulu under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, media reports said.
