Dhaka: Bangladeshi Islamic radical Jashimuddin Rahmani Hafi, released by the interim government following Awami League chief and Prime Minsiter Sheikh Hasina's departure, has called on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to "liberate Bengal from Modi's rule and declare its independence."
