Supreme Court passes big judgement on alimony for divorced Muslim women

New Delhi/IBNS: The Supreme Court on Wednesday passed a big judgement on divorced Muslim women's right to receive alimony from their ex-husbands, media reports said.

SC sets alimony at 25 percent of husband's net income

New Delhi, Apr 21 (IBNS): In a new verdict, the Supreme Court has set the alimony to be paid at 25 percent of the husband's net income, reports said.
