New Delhi, Dec 27 (IBNS) : Defending the recent government order for computer surveillance by certain agencies, Union Finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday congratulated the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for the arrest of 10 members of an ISIS-backed group allegedly planning a terror attack.
