Supreme Court questions Centre, Gujarat govt on 'selective remission' granted only to Bilkis Bano convicts

New Delhi/IBNS/UNI: The Supreme Court Thursday questioned the policy of the Gujarat government and the Centre about selective application for remission (premature release) of 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano case serving jail sentences for gangrape and murder.
