Aadhaar made mandatory for death certificates

New Delhi, Aug 4 (IBNS): In a major move, the government on Friday made Aadhaar numbers mandatory for issuing death certificates to residents of every Indian states, except Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya and Assam.
