New Delhi, Feb 7 (IBNS) : A high octane polling to choose a new Assembly in Delhi is underway with 35.8 percent of the electorate casting their votes till 1 pm on Saturday even as the two main rivals- BJP and AAP- engaged in verbal duel over the developments of the day.
