The Embassy of India Muscat, in association with the National Archives of India (NAI), has successfully conducted an initiative to archive 7,000 historical documents of the Indian diaspora living in Oman.

Timeline for Phase III & Phase IV of cable TV digitisation
New Delhi, Dec 23 (IBNS): The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has extended the cut-off date for Phase IV of Cable TV digitisation to Mar 31, 2017 in lieu of uncertainty in the market due to pending court cases and unsatisfactory progress of installation of Set Top Boxes (STBs) in Phase IV areas.
