Centre plans to develop Goa as major cargo cruise destination

The Central Government, in coordination with the State Government of Goa, is developing Goa as a major cargo and cruise destination, said Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal on Tuesday.
