New Delhi/Zanzibar/UNI: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who is visiting Tanzania, on Wednesday witnessed the signing of an agreement to set up the Zanzibar campus of IIT Madras. It is the first IIT campus to be set up outside India.
