Udaipur/IBNS: Bhavesh Bhinde, a businessman whose company was responsible for installing the massive billboard that collapsed in Mumbai's Ghatkopar killing 16 and injuring 74, was arrested from Rajasthan's Udaipur on Thursday.

Irregularly shaped hoardings, especially those larger than 40x40 feet, will be removed immediately from the boundary of the railway administration, the Mumbai civic body said days after a massive billboard fell on a fuel station in Ghatkopar due to a dust storm, killing 14 people and injuring around 75.
