N Biren Singh takes over Manipur CM, eight other cabinet ministers sworn-in

Imphal, Mar 15 (IBNS) : Nongthombam Biren Singh took oath on Wednesday as Manipur chief minister heading a BJP-led Government, five months after he left the Congress, reports said.
