Bihar officials decide to teach schoolchildren for one hour every week

Patna, Jan 27 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): In a novel initiate, officials from Patna district of Bihar have decided to teach schoolchildren in government schools at least for one hour in every week for what they believe will improve quality of education.
