DRI seizes 9.96 kg gold in Kolkata airport, nabs one

Kolkata, Aug 4 (IBNS): The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) on Thursday booked a suspect at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI-CCU) airport in Kolkata and recovered 9.96 kg gold worth nearly Rs. 3 crore from his possession, officials said on Friday.

Kolkata/Malda, Mar 5 (IBNS): Acting on a tip off, police on Saturday late night arrested a man from Rathbari area in Malda district of West Bengal and recovered fake Rs. 2000 notes with a face value of 92 thousand rupees from his possession, officials said.
