New Delhi, June 6 (IBNS): The Congress Working Committee (CWC), the top decision making body of the Congress party, began its meeting on Tuesday morning with the likelihood of the party coming up with an announcement of the formal schedule for organisational elections that may see the elevation of Vice President Rahul Gandhi, media reports said.
